HELL YES

dating and relationships are not always good and romantic...
most times it's just straight evil.
Look at all the cheaters in this world
Look at all the girls who takes advantage of guys and use them only for money
Look at all the guys who hit their girls
Look at all the women who are willing to break family's up just to have the husband all to her self
Look at all the guys who leave their soon to be pregnant girls
Look at the high divorce rate of this country...

Their are so many things negative thing could say about love ..even that many people are even willing to kill for....yet all these people still strive to find their soul mate.... and most people in their lives don't even find it.

Ask yourself
Why should I throw away a few years of my life to find someone like in the lottery? Instead of a ticket costing 3 dollars your spend almost 2-20 years of your life finding someone and getting emotionally hurt by it...

Would you like to be single all your life?
Well I chose yes

I'm more like... single... with rough patches *grin*.

I hope not to be single forever... I'd like to find someone to explore this world with, but after many attempts, the man for me is yet to be found. My fault really... I'm scared to death of actually giving myself away to other, so in all likelihood I will be single (with intermittent rocky relationships) for the rest of my life. But in the spectrum of things, I define myself as a "hopeful romantic"... who knows what is around the bend?

That would be very hard. It is painful not to be able to share strong emotions with someone. Sooner or later, that would make you feel sad.
