I am not obese but I am a little overweight so I exercise like every other day or at least twice a day by running a mile or two and I don't drink soda or eat a lot of junk food so I have been in the 185-188lb range for like two years so I guess I'm not doing all that bad. However now I'm thinking that in addition to my lifestyle right now I could try some sort of diet pills too. I just need to know if Hydroxy-Cut works in addition to my running and my diet. Or is there any other over-the-counter medication I could take?
