Any health reasons not to substitute freshly used dryer sheets for stuffing in a teddy bear?

At least for a prototype that I may end up keeping for myself? :-) I know me. I swear I'm just doig a rough draft, but I'll get attached. What are some good reasons to NOT do this?

it will be fine...everytime i wash my bedding i put two inside my pillowcase && it smells great !

It will reek after awhile.

sure you dry your clothes with it
