Im trying to keep it as low as possible.( I know that balanced diet is better.) but Im going to try this and I need to know, please serious answers.

about 30 to 40 for two weeks and then 60 to 70 make sure they are from good carbs (whole grains}

being diabetic - carbs are very important to me

here's why

when you walk or run - your muscles can generate energy from fat - and that's a good thing

but you have one organ that really depends on carbs for fuel

and you might want to reconsider - - 'cause it's your brain

time to rethink this one

Whatever you do, eat lots of fibre.
20 grams a day, max of carbs.
