I am filling I-485 for AOS because of marriage.
My citizen wife applied me for AOS, and I am preparing I-485, but i am not sure which box should I select.
We are sending I-130 together w/I-485.
Box A: an immigrant petition givein me.......
Box B: my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status.........

You need to talk about these things in immigration related forums. For example www.immigration.com has forums where people like you do this day in day out. Y! answers doesnt help you much in this regard as there are not a lot of people exactly in the same situation.
In the worst case, you can hire a lawyer as it will also cover you going forward if USCIS issues an RFE (Request for Evidence)
