Ok, so I broke up with my gf about 2 months ago. She was just bringing my whole life down. Whenever I tell her its probly better for the both of us that we dont hang out right now, she flips out. She just texted me "When are we ever going to hang out?"
Lately ive kind of been making up excuses, because she will never listen to me when I try and straight out tell her we should not hang out anymore. What do I say???

well, obviously she is not over you yet--or she is just "stalking" you bc she is single and depressed about that etc etc...
just explain to her that your relationship ENDED. and when it ended so did the need to hang out all the time. you need your space and so does she. tell her it is time to move on and that maybe someday you two will be at a place that you can hang but now is not that time!

tell her straight forward and let let her interupt you. When asks to hang out, tell her its not a good idea because you want to move on. Tell her "if you really love as you say, You will respect my wish to move on" If she comes back with if you loved her, you would be with her" Well i would think she would get the hint.

Say to yourself, "I need to grow a spine." Stop making up excuses because that only gives her false hope. Be honest. with her. Why is this so difficult for you to do? If you really mean it, when she calls again, very firmly tell her that you don't want to hang out with her anymore.

Be mean to her. I know that sounds harsh but otherwise she will always think she might have a chance to get back together with you.
Be mean, and ignore her completely.

Do you live with her? well if you wern't living with her.
when shes not home, you get a big dry erase board and you write something like (IT'S OOOOO VVVVEEEERRR!!!!) really big and avoid her the rest of the time.

Be decent. Tell her it's over, it can't be fixed, and she needs to move on. Don't leave her guessing and trying to figure you out. Time to act like a man.

i think you should be 100% honest! just let her know what all you think and if that doesnt work you tried so after that you should just ignore her.
