Haha, hey now that's kind of harsh to Kentucky-ians!
Christianity is basically a crutch. They're scared of the world around them and what happens to this world after they die, so they cling to the idea of a God, a Jesus, some angels and demons and Satan, and a place where they will be rewarded for all the **** they've been through in this world. Science contradicts that idea, making Christianity seem not so realistic, and that threatens them.

My best friend lives in Kentucky, in an apartment, and she bathes on a regular basis.
So do the other people I know from there.
So if you want to crack on a group, pick either fundies or Kentuckians.
Don't lump those two groups together.
