yes, you can do some of the stupid things people do like starve themselves or take pills, but that just takes off water weight more than anything else. and it won't stay off.
you can, however, start to loose weight that you can see in the long run (not 2 days!) by doing what everyone says to do. eat healthy and exercise!

Nothing foolish, but drink at least 8 glasses of water "through" the day, not all at once. It is amazing how this cleans your bod and helps it release fluid it has been holding on to. Also, drink it cold, because I've heard (don't know) that it will kick up your metabolism when it works to warm up your body core. Other than that, stay away from the carbs and if you can, eat protein (like chicken, lean meat, fish) and veggies.....all these things will give your body power to swim, and help take off some of the pounds. WALKING is tremendous for kicking up your system to burn fat. Good luck in your season!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

2 days just isn't enough time
A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
Do not starve yourself--that won't work! Also, stay away from pills and tablets--those also don't work!
You can eat healthy, drink a lot of water and be active! But, I don't think that will do much in 2 days.

two days is fast but there's this holly wood diet, basically you drink it and don't eat all day and you'll lose 5 lbs. In high school the day before a dance we wouldn't eat at all. It's not healthy though so really don't worry about the extra pounds you'll lose them in swim.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Yeah, not going to happen.
Try losing water weight. Drink 11 cups of water one day then 13 cups. You'll basically flush out some of the weight.

I very much doubt you can lose weight in just two days.
Do lots of sit ups to tone your tummy and get up early and jog in the morning for about 20 mins.
