Give a call to the chapter of the American Cancer Society in your area. They may be able to refer you to a hospital that offers low-cost mammograms. Good luck!

go to your local health department they should be able to give you a voucher for a free or low cost mammogram.

My mom was in this situation a few years ago. I called the local Family Planning clinic and they referred her to a place that would do it on a sliding scale. Good luck.

Most insurance plans should help, yours may even help with one each year as most help with a 'regular' exam each year.
