This question will be asked so many freakin' times before the actual fight I'm gonna have to refer to this answer for a copy and paste job.
Liddell will win this fight. Write that down. Everyone who thinks Rampage will take out the Iceman for a second time is going to refer to their first encounter. I've seen the fight many a time and believe that the Iceman was fighting out of his element, thus Rampage had a clear advantage going into the fight. Chuck gassed after the first 10 minute round, and Rampage took advantage. Rampage was in better shape at the time, and he took it to the current champ.
This time around, Chuck will be fighting in his house - in Vegas, in front of what will be the largest UFC crowd to date, in the octagon, for five five-minute rounds. Chuck has never been knocked out (although Rampage certainly came close) and I don't see it happening anytime soon. If the fight stays on the feet, Chuck will knock out Quinton. He has knockout power in both hands, and 25 minutes of action pretty much guarantees that the Iceman lands a big shot. Rampage will look to come out and press the action, which is how he won the first fight. If he does this, and gets the fight to the ground, he has a great chance of taking the title.
The last person to take Chuck down consistently was Randy Couture, and he's a better wrestler than Rampage. Tito got Chuck down and the champ stood back up immediately. Rampage will have to take down Chuck and look to pass to side or half guard immediately in order to inflict damage. Rampage did it before, but I don't see him doing it again.
Some people who say Chuck will win because Quinton Jackson isn't the fighter he used to be. This is also a mistake. Quinton fell on tough times and wasn't training with top athletes. He now is training at Legends (Started by Randy Couture and Bas Rutten) in Hollywood with some of the best in the biz. I expect this to be Chuck's toughest challenge since he last fought Randy. I just think that with home field advantage, Chuck will win in a match-up of two of the best in the world. I'm hoping it's a close fight so we can see a rematch, but I'd also like to see Chuck dominate. If he rolls over Rampage, who else is there for him to face?
That means he'll step up to heavyweight to face Couture or CroCop (CroCop most likely) or the UFC will have to get Shogun Rua from Pride to come over and show us who the real best in the world is (it's Rua!).

Me, I'm gonna win. I'm gonna jump in the cage and take them both out at the same time. I will slap a triangle on Rampage and at the same time put a rear naked on the ice man.. I will not let go when McCarthy steps in eith, i will put them to sleep and if big john has a problem with that then he's next. Then I'm going after that butt kisser dana white for ripping me off all the time.

Chuck Liddell will get his loss back from Jackson, though Jackson dominated Liddell in the Pride Fighting Championship, Chuck has since then worked tremendously on his takedown defense and wrestling, also though many people dont know it, Chuck is a purple belt in BJJ, this was a couple years ago, so he has probably moved up a belt or two since then. But you put Chuck in a cage where he feels at home, he knows how to work off the cage in order to stand back up and keep the fight standing. Chuck will win.

I don't know. I mean Liddell has or had an pneumonia so you know he's not training like he normally does. I give the advantage to Rampage if the fight doesn't get post poned first because of Liddell's pneumonia.
