I have noticed a lump on the back of my head. I noticed it yesterday, and I started to concern me. The thing is, I feel fine. I have no headaches or anything. In fact, I haven't had a headache for a couple of months. I feel like I normally do, so it is confusing me. I'm 15, if that helps.

There is a virus that many people around me have right now, so maybe that is part of it? I have had a swollen lymph node before, but I though those were in the neck.

If you are not sure, and you are worried about the lump, then go and see your doctor and that way your worries will be put to rest.

Sounds like you have a swollen lymph node.
You may have had a virus (or your body is fighting one)
Make sure you keep an eye on it and tell your parents.
If it doesn't go away in a few days. A trip to the doctor to ease fears wouldn't be a bad idea. (I had this lump too when I was your age) and again when I was having children.
Told the above both times.

A lump doesn't have to cause pain for it to be a problem. If it's recent then you probably should tell your parents and maybe see a doctor to rule out any real problems.

It isn't uncommon to have a cyst on the back of the head.
It needs to be taken care of by a doctor.
Most often it isn't anything to be worried about. And common to not have any other symptoms
Still you need to see your doctor.

I would tell your parents and set up an appointment. It doesn't sound too serious but you should get it checked just in case.
