indefinitely, as long as what you're drinking contains all the important nutrients - sugars, starches, proteins, vitamins, minerals...

just drinking water, about a month under "ideal conditions" (not too warm or cold, not working very hard/straining/stressing, etc)

The rule of thumb is 3:
3 minutes without air
3 days without water
3 weeks without food

Obviously this is an average as it differs from person to person, but that's the way it's taught in a lot of outdoor wilderness/survival schools.

An interesting question, I believe you can go 2 weeks without eating before your stomach begins to eat itself and I think that would be such a horrible death knowing your stomach acid is leaking onto your organs.

I think its like two to four weeks before you starve to death.
