I'm a 12 year old girl and I want to get stronger. I don't want to get big disgusting muscles but I do want to get stronger. How?

it is nearly impossible for girls to get buff (unless they use steroids) but a way to get stronger is to run. No one likes to Run but it works the best. Try sit up cause it works your abs and that is the core of your body, your abs get strong --> then so does the rest of the body. If you want to lift, start with push ups then when your ready to go to the gym, do little weight but lots of reps...good luck!

either pilates or yoga. also, you can use The Firm workout videos/dvd's which are AMAZING!! i've been using those and it really works. really fast.
