You are really stretching for a question on here. Your questions are very trivial to say the least.
The cross timbers were made from the Dogwood tree, reason it will never grow to have timbers strong enough to hang a man ever again. It was probably around 100 pounds.
The Bible doesn't say the exact distance nor the exact pounds of the cross.

It probably weighed close to 100 pounds. The way the cross is configured places the heaviest portion on the carrier's upper body. In addition to the physical anguish of carrying a heavy cross, he suffered the mental angusih, wondering why His Father had not lifted that burden yet. He also endured psychological anguish from a hostile crowd who came to witness His death, and the constant threats, humiliation, and torture of the Roman guards. He was repeatedly struck on the head with his own staff.
While the Bible does not mention specific distances, I believe it to have been between one to three miles. At least one part of it was uphill, heading to the "mount" where the criminals of that time were crucified.

It was a long walk with over 100 lbs. That's why someone had to help him.

Our sins weighed more than the cross. Thank Him for bearing that burden!
