well i am pretty big my self..but my best friend is really skinny..he's called davonti..and he asked me if i could research on how to get a fatter belly cause you can see his ribs and eveything..he looks like he hasn't eaten..but the rest of him is fine..just his gut

any ideas sorry for the freaky question thanks!!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I got some good tips from a dietitian that helped me a lot. First, eat healthy. Big portions of vegetables is necessary. If you enjoy mayonnaise eat lots with all your meals. Whole milk a few times a day and in your coffee will help too. Skip all the sugary snacks and just stick with a healthy diet and eventually things will happen.

what's strange is that when you lose weight you lose it in different parts of your body, just as when you gain weight. We might tell you (to say to him) that if he ate more that would help his belly area, but you know what? Why not just have the guy eat more. Have him eat more nutricious foods and take some vitamin supplements. Maybe it's heredity for him or maybe he just walks a lot or rides his bike a lot (which trims the tummy).

I'm not too sure because weight is distributed diffrently from person to person - on the plus side he has a lower chance of developing type 2 diabetes mellitus as his fat doesn't pool around his belly

its not that he necesary needs 2 gain weight just have it all proportioned in he right places- muscle is better than fat - eat the RIGHT foods , with all the nutrients u need - and maybe thats just how hes supposed 2 be

Tell him to count himself lucky and leave it be...

He can do exercises designed to target the abs and bulk them up... but you cannot gain fat in a specific area... your body decides where to put it... he might get "lucky" but don't count on it...
