I believe this is the work of Pino Dangelico. You can look him up on the web. he does beautiful work, yes that is who it is i looked through his gallery the first painting you have is titled the looking glass the second is titled morning breeze and the third one is titled white rhapsody. I would know that work anywhere.

No, but for sure is not Degas, for the thechnique (or mix of it) I would say these were made recently,altough the style can be misinterpreted as impresonism.
