I never answered your first question so I am not among the you got it wrong group. From what I read on your last question they don't have it wrong, you didn't say anything about wanting him to break up with his girlfriend. But ask what you should do about liking him so much for 5yrs. Think you were thinking one thing and said it different in your last question. No matter what you think about this girl , he likes her and maybe loves her. And yes it is wrong to try to break them up.

Is it wrong for you to want something??? Absolutely not! Your feelings are yours and no one can tell you that you should or shouldn't feel something.
It's what you do with those feelings that may come into question. If you do something to instigate a break-up, it's probably not a good idea. It isn't your life and those types of decisions aren't yours to make. He is making his own decisions for his own reasons. Healthy or not, he's got to learn on his own. Your interference may only lead to the loss of friendship and other unhappy consequences.

BS.

It has to be affecting you in some way else you wouldn't care. Maybe she doesn't like you and starts **** with you so you want her gone. Maybe you want your guy to be available for you so you want her gone. Maybe there's some other set of circumstances whereby her leaving will improve your quality of life. If not, you're just sticking your nose where it doesn't beong and you should butt out.
