Supernatural = above nature. The world works as a system by physical laws and natural processes. God is all-powerful and so there is no reason why He can't override natural 'laws'. Some philosophers have reasoned that it is a closed system, but this cannot be proved anyway, as just one miracle would disprove it (and many miracles occur, for sure, in christian ministries; I can't speak about other religions).
All Jesus' miracles seem to be impossibilities in nature.
There are christian ministries doing some of the seriously supernatural things He did. Few compared with the total number of believers, but present.
Some healing minstries get people to forgive, overcome childhood trauma etc. Often with these problems gone, healing of physical ailments follows. These are 'natural' healings. Also drug addictions may be as a result of lack of self-esteem, so if the esteem lifts, drug addiction goes.

The supernatural realm is reality. It is more real the the natural realm we can sense around us, because the natural realm was birthed from the supernatural realm. The supernatural realm is the ultimate reality. And yes, true miracles the happen on Earth are supernatural.

Supernatural - departing from what is usual or normal especially so as to appear to transcend the laws of nature
In other words if something does not obey the laws of physics it is supernatural and therefore may be attributed to divine intervention. Most uses of the word miracle would fit this definition, though sometimes miraculous is synonymous with lucky which is purely relative.
