if u had ur cervix froze for something not to sure. can u still get pregant??? they did it to my aunt last month and she had sex with my uncle and she hasnt started her period and she took a pt test last week and it came out negative... i told her that i didnt know to much about this stuff, but she goes to the doctor on wensday and im going with her should she wait to take another test or just ask her doctor??? thanks for all ur answers and ur help

Usually, if they freeze your cervix, its to do a cryo. Typically this is because you have cancerous or pre-cancerous cells in your cervix.. so they freeze your cervix to shed these cells. I had this procedure done several years ago and was able to get pregnant without difficulties. The cryo itself shouldn't dictate if your aunt can or cannot get pregnant.
As for her being pregnant, if she hasn't received her period, it is possible she's pregnant. Her PT may have come out falsely pregnant if she didn't take her PT with first morning's urine (as the preg. hormones are higher at this time) or if she was not far enough along.
However, just because her period has not yet started does not mean she is pregnant. Its possible that stress and even her procedure could have delayed her period. Only an additional pregnancy test and/or a doctor can tell for sure.

I had the same thing and I got pregnant within a month of trying. She should wait until she goes to the doctors. They will give her a blood test which is much more accurate than a pregnancy test you buy at the store.

yes you can still get pregnant. Our eggs fall from the fallopian tubes into the uterus. The fallopian tubes is ususally where the egg gets fertilized then it attaches itself inside the uterus. Your cervix has little to do with pregancy other than help hold the baby into place while it developes.
It also may take a little while for her to make sure she is prgnant because a certain hormone is increased and this is how a female knows she is pregnant. Better to check with a MD though.

My best friend had her cervix frozen because she had an abnormal pap and they thought she may have cancer. Turn out she didn't and two months later she was pregnant and went on to have a normal pregnancy(uncomplicated) and had a healthy 7 pound beautiful baby girl.
