Im in shape, i got muscles and all....except i have this lil fat around my tum, its annoying the crap outta me. im eating like half of what i used to, and i still to my sit-up, crunches and all but still it gets a bit bigger.. this fat is sooo annoying, i was wonder if anybody could tell me how i could lose this fat???....i would really appreciate it!!!(im a guy just so u know)

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve.

Easiest way would be stop doing crunches and start doing pull ups it is one of the best exercises you can do and is cheap and easy. It does a lot of your top work out very well body shoulder, arm, chest, and stomach ask someone who is an instructor at a gym (if you can) what the best exercise is for your stomach and they will tell you that it is this. All you have to do is try and you will feel the difference and where the work is helping you and trust me you wont have a little belly in six weeks if you can manage to do it everyday. I'd say about twenty then progressively more as you can do. Also riding a bike helps me ditch the car/bus and workout when you're going, well anywhere!

go to see a dietitcan and maybe join the gym even thou you do a lot of exercise anyway ive been trying to lose my extra bit of fat but the harder i try the more it never goes

If you are in shape...then don't worry about a little tummy fat. None of us can be totally perfect.

well situps just build muscle they don't burn fat so it will just make your
stomach flat it will jus tmake it bigger bicycle situps are your best bet they will burn your fat on your stomach and produce muscle so if you want the six pack do bicycle sit ups
