I am always making the mistake of getting jealous when he goes out because im scared of him looking at girls. he's told me he flirts with girls but he doesnt go out of is way, its not a lot, and it'd never go further than that. how can i teach myself to trust him more? adviceee ppleeasee!!??

You cannot control the actions and feelings of anyone else. You can only control how you act and feel as a consequence. Know that all relationships are temporary. Enjoy your boyfriend each day that he chooses to be with you. When he chooses to separate from you or you choose to separate from him, thank him for the time that the two of you had and lovingly let him go.
Instead of learning to trust him, learn to trust yourself. Learn to trust that you will always be okay, that you will always be happy, all by yourself. If you are complete and happy inside, you will need no one else to complete you or make you happy. You will attract another complete person and you can share your joy.
