I would put the sausages in a skillet and add enough water to cover them only half way. Drizzle about 2 TBLSP of olive oil in the water, and turn the heat to med high. the water will boil rapidly, and evaporate, thawing the sausages, and when the water is gone, the oil that floated on top of the water will fry the sausages nice and brown. Stay with it once the water is gone so they don't burn.

Place in frying pan with some water (about 1/4 cup depending on how many you have) in the bottom. Cover and let them steam until water is absorbed and they start to plump. Brown and serve.
