A good way to lose weight is just by making a lifestyle change.
Start by eating healthy! Stay away from junk foods, fast foods, sweets, candies and sodas!! Never skip meals and don't forget about fruits and veggies!!
Drink water every day, throughout the day! Water really does help with the weight loss process.
And, get active!! Join a gym, play sports, ride a bike, go walking, run up and down your steps, go swimming, dance around your house--anything! Just get moving!!
Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Stay away from pills/tablets--they take your money and DON'T work!!
Set your mind and keep a positive attitude. You can do it!
