If you want chicken thighs to cook in to oven and have a crispy skin - I suggest cooking them on a broiler pan so the fat runs off. A light coating of flour salt and pepper witha bit of paprika should be simple enough and have lots of flavor.

Rub the skin with butter, season with salt and pepper.
Place on a rack in a pan in oven.
Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes or until the juices run clear.
Add any sauces like bbq just about 5-10 minutes before done cooking, just enough to let it set and not run off.

put some olive oil on them then put some onion soup mix on them and let them bake on 360 for a bout a hour and a half and there really good and crispy with lots of flavor( the only way I cook mine)... Don't put a top on them or they will make a wonderful gravy that goes over mashed potatoes very well..OK I'm hungry now.

Season your thighs with your prefered herbal blend. Dust lightly with a 50/50 blend of potato starch and flour and bake at 375 till done.

Put them on a rack on the lowest level of the broiler. Broil for 25 mins. on each side. Brush each side with BBQ sauce and broil for another 5 mins. on each side. Delicious.

A bbq sauce or honey. You can use wheat germ instead of bread crumbs.
