I lost the disk. I need to find the product key using the software.....is that possible?

Most Microsoft Products you can find the Product Key when it is already installed by clicking on Help then About Microsoft Word or what ever the product is.

Open Microsoft Word, Click on 'Help' & About 'Microsoft Word'. Pretty streight forward.
It is there.

Try looking on the back of the box. You'll see a Product Key.
