I just wanna hear peoples opinions about my routine. If you guys have any advice please let me know.
3 days a week I will walk 90 mins at about 4.5 mph (about 6.5 miles)
4 days I jog for 30 mins at about 5 mph (about 2.5 miles)
Let me know if this is a decent routine. If you have any suggestions for maximum fat burn let me know.

you are wasting too much time on this.
at first - body need one day a week for rest to repair muscles
second - 4-6 times a week of cardio (the more you sweat the better) for 30-50min
third - light weight training (many reps)

Good for you. What I'd recommend is dropping your walking to 60 minutes and adding some strength training for that extra 30 minutes. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Also, it helps a lot as we get older, epecially women. Good for you, though. You could well afford to drop one of the cardio days to do a yoga class if you wanted. I swear by it for all things.
I do a pretty vigorous practice but the other benefits of doing yoga even if it's a short practice are priceless.
