Being as how i just turned 21 I am doing an informative speech on the alcohol laws in texas...all of them hopefully. I want DWI requirements etc. DUI requirements, Contributing to minors...etc etc all the different violations a 21 year old can receive while drinking.

advertising alcohol to a minor is against the regulation (area 106.06). The criminal act starts off whilst the minor first starts off their attempt to purchase alcohol. further, if that's a "kit shop" (i.e. a liquor shop), minors are no longer approved on the premisses, so basically being of their can get them in trouble.
