Please don't take this as a rude answer because it isn't meant that way.......you know it is love when you don't have to ask if it is love or not. When you find the person that you can not only live with but cannot live without.....that my friend is love and you will know it when you have it.

It's true ONLY when you FEEL it!!! Anybody can say it, doesn't mean they understand it or know how to DO it!! Love is all that is GOOD - it's respect, understanding, patience, compassion, selflessness, peace from within... just to name a few feelings. LOVE is the total opposite of HATE. Love sees good, feels good, and does everything in it's power to BE good. People are NOT born knowing what love is - they have to be learn by example and then be mature enough to know it is clearly NOT any other emotion.

well sometimes people lie when they say that they love u, but i think love is when someone has really deep & strong feelings for someone else. Its when someone will like u a lot no matter what, they'll always stick by ur side and always care for you. When someone can't stay mad at u for long and they always come back to u no matter what. From my point of view, Love is strong, powerful, & painful. But if u love someone, you'd go through any pain or watever for them. If she/or he says that they love u, then just wait and see if they mean it. And if they do, then wait and see if u feel the same. If u do, You'll just know....

People in this world love their cars, and their money, and the homeless people love their dreams of believing that one day corrupt politicians will start caring about people who have no place to call their homes. Love is what love makes itself out to be. Some guys love women who look like dogs, some women like guys who look like monkeys, that is love. Love is collecting butterflies, and I love you means I love your money, and when the money runs out, then love takes a back seat. Love is on my front burner, I love answering these questions. I love Wanda but Wanda doesn't love me because she thinks I'm only using her, I love all the girls I used to have at one time, love never dies. Love is when I was inside my mother gaining in momentum and leverage, love was when I was inside of my mom for nine months, and love is a suicide bomber strapping a bomb around himself and boom boom boom and that terrorist thinks and really believes he will go zoom zoom zoom through the sky to meet who I really don't know. Yes, I'm not joking either because everyone loves in his or her own way whether he or she disagrees with whatever love is and however someone love whatever that person loves.
