OK. I like to do things like 'the files of'.... I have an idea for your cover. Let's say your chihuahua's name is Princess. The title could be something like:
The Files of Princess
and Her Mischievous Manner
I hope you like it and good luck on your story!
or you could do: The Declassified Files of Princess
and Her Mischievous Manner
Also, for a picture, you can put a chihuahua's big head and small body. (You know when they take pictures above the chihuahua?) In black and white!
