They are all treated as champions and get to keep the money that they won.
In short, they each get the 16k.

Yes, they each get to keep the winnings. They could all have a deal worked out so that they keep 3 way tie-ing. The only problem is that everyone has to get the question right. Also, I'm not sure what Jeopardy has to say about encouraging the contestants to go for the win.

They were all declared champions and are going to have a rematch which airs on Monday night (3/19/07).
