Totally Me! I only knew my dad for one year and it was hell. (He was never around before and after) I still, til this day, hate him and fear him at the same time. I don't usually say that I hate someone, but he could fall off the face of the earth, and I woudln't care. I fear him because he knows where I live, etc, and sometimes I think I see him in traffic, even though he lives ina differnt city.....I have wasted many nights crying over his ***.

Hey, I really cant say too much on this subject seeing as I dont know my dad. And well I really dont care to know him. I guess you could say that I just plain out hate him. He's never been there for me. He never has and never will. But I look on the positive side. My grandpa and my uncle have always been there for me. So instead of one father figure, I have two. ( and not in a gay way either) I have two of the greatest male models in my life. And for that I hate my dad for not caring to even know me. But I love my grandpa and ym uncle for always being there.

I do. I was in my forties before I realized that he was a pathalogical liar. Everyone LOVES him, except everyone in our family. Bad people don't make good parents. That's what my counselor told me. I have finally cut all ties with him. I am now aware of how he's used me all my life. Let me just add, that I used to think of him as my very best friend. I talked to him everyday, many times a day. As I got older I caught on to his "toxic" ways and how he manipulated me. I am still confused about all this. Biology goes deep. It's hard to realize that your dad is bad for you. Good luck. I know it hurts.

I love my dad. A lot.
Never had the best relationship with my mom, though. That's just the way it works out sometimes. If he's doing something to you, it's in your power to stop it, you just have to be brave.
If you're like every other adolescent on the planet and just dislike his authority, get over it.

Sweetheart, I totally empathize with you. When things are bad, ask your angel to take you to a place that only you know.
In the meantime, you must get some help: go to a counsler at your school.

Maybe you should talk to your mom. If you ever need some extra advice you can email me at k_carthran@yahoo.com, some things just don't need to be said publicly, ya know?
*I love my dad, he may be strict sometimes, but I still love him.
