Wow, sure. My parents took me out of school and had me in solitary confinement for all of high school. Now I'm graduating and want to be able to talk on the phone and make friends, and they can't bear the thought. I don't want to hurt their feelings - by trying to move out - but I don't want to not have any friends at all, either. It's very stressful.
So you're not alone. Things suck over here for me, too. Haha, hope that makes you feel better. : )

your mom sounds like an evil awful person! Hang in there, your almost 18 and then you can get out of the house. Or if you call your local social service agency, you could maybe get emancipated....after a drawn out court hearing ect.

u r not alone, don't worry it might be over for you in afew years. my dad used to hit me, yell at me, did the most horrible things to me. but now i don't live with them anymore..
