Pantene Pro-V Relaxed and Natural is very good for both of what you're looking for.

Try Keracare line of products I really like them, they are a little expensive but works well. also proclaim has a line that works well and you can get them at Sallys. The olive oil by proclaim is really good.

well i use dove...which is really good....i mean it also has a really nice smell to it also....try it and see....if you like it or love it no or not...sorry...its GREAT!!!
