Hello;
As usual, to find an answer to a Biblical question, there is only one place to look;
the manuscripts.
So lets clear up the matter:
First, the Bible says the flood was brought upon the world of the ungodly; now it has been a discussion among scholars as to whether it was actually worldwide or not;
it is possible that it was not worldwide, and this is why:
The manuscripts are very clear about the reasons that the flood was necessary.
Noah was a preacher, who preached against one specific thing: Angelic beings had left their habitations and came to earth to seduce and marry human women. You can read of these Angels in the only Chapter of the Book of Jude. As these marriages continued, children were being born of the unions; the offspring were called "geba", which means "giants" - they were a people of large stature. These Angels wanted Noahs daughters to participate in this marrying, but Noah would have no part with it. Why would they be interested esspecially in Noahs daughters?
Because this was Satan's SECOND attempt in this flesh age to pollute the pure line of lineage that down the generations, thru Noahs daughters, womb-to-womb would come the Christ. Get it? This is why you read that they were giving and taking in marriage right up til they boarded the ark - this is who they were giving in marriage to, these Angelic Beings. The flood was sent to kill off the influx of these hybrids. It was quite necessary, but these Angelic Beings were not residing over the entire earth; they were only in a specific geographical location; this is why it is felt by most scholars that the flood was not world wide, and why the Scripture says " the flood was sent to the world of the ungodly"; in other words the flood was sent to the location of these ungodly unions. There would have been no reason for God to flood the entire earth, because this was not going on over the entire earth, as I said.
So, sure you would find fossils of sea creatures on top of Arrarat, since the Ark is believed to have met its final days there.
Teams of specialists are trying (and have been for some time) to recover what they believe are large parts of the Ark, which they realize are deep under the ice, but they have "found" with ultrasound and other equipment. I know someone who has the part of a palm tree which was found there, along with lots of seashells. Very interesting study.

There are also claims of fossils and sedimentary layers on Greater Ararat but these claims have not been backed up with evidence as of this date although there are fossils near Ararat. From 14,000 feet to 17,000 feet, much of the lava is covered by an ice cap which is about 17 square miles in size and is up to 300 feet deep.
Let's get our facts straight next time, ok?

I didnt realize that sea creatures created their own artifacts...thats pretty impressive...
However, your lack of intelligence is not so impressive. Ever hear of plate tectonics? This is why Venezuela's mountains are also covered in fossils of sea creatures - no flood, just geological uplifting...

Geological uplift.
You also find oceanic fossils in Arkansas mountains. This is because Arkansas used to be the bottom of a vast sea. As it was lifted by geological forces, these fossils were lifted right along with the geology.

The Biblical flood wasn't local, it happened across the entire world.

This was the question posed by Immanuel Velikovsky with his findings in Earth's in Upheaval. He had no answer other than the flood. But refused to believe the scenario.

Because at one time some 23 -25 thousand years ago there was a global flood. Ask your friendly neighborhood geologist. Any one of which is worth their salt will tell you it is true.

Evdence can be planted...often is on Law & Odor.
Only thing common to man is a LEGEND of flood.
Flood story is "allegory" with an allegoric more-all.
Try reading it again, without dividead literal-ism asspect.
Biblical literalism & Human secularism: Both Dead ends.
More Excellent: neither broadmindead nor narrowmindead.

It's not, it covered the enitre world. Then little critters of the sea swam up to Ararat and when the flood receded, they all died and became fossils.

Because the flood of Noah's time happened AFTER the mountains (and all objects attached or inside) were created.
