Deep condition 1-2x/week and use a leave-in conditioner. It's possible your ends are dry but not split, if conditioning doesn't work then just cut them off and make sure to use moisturizing hair products/shampoo/cond in the future.

Buy a tube of "Phyto 7 Nourishing Creme" (or "Phyto 9") and a bottle "Khiels Oil (Silk Groom Serum)." Mix together in the palm of your hand and run it through the ends. My hair looks like straw without these products; looks normal after application!

You should trim the dry ends off. No matter what you do, people will notice the hay looking tips in your hair.

put a damp towel in the microwave, for around 10- 30 sec, put conditioner on your hair and wrap it in the towel and leave it for 2 hours.
