What kind of shampoo and conditioner are you using? You might want to try a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner if you are not already doing so. You can also try using a leave in conditioner. If you really want to make your hair healthy, invest in some good shampoo and conditioner.I also have this problem. I use a strengthening shampoo and conditioner from Paul Mitchell. They sell it in 2 liters for $25 in the spring and fall, (they also have different brands) if you choose to invest. Also, getting your hair trimmed regularly, every 6 weeks, helps also.

if you use a lot of gel, blow dry yoyour hair a lot, or even put an excessive amount of heat on your hair then it gets really dry quickly. i heard washing ur hair everyday helps but it can also be a lot on a persons head. so i mean just work wit it i guess. make sure u keep it greased daily or even every other day. and get down to the roots.. alright i hope this helps you and others....talk to you later

You should use the new brand of shampoos and conditioners called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells awesome! You can get Organix at Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Duane Reade, Safeway etc. Its the best! You'll love it!!!

This all depends on what if any thing you are doing to your hair? Or are you on any medicines? Do you work out-side do you swim? a deep conditioner 2 times a week or more will help. And a daily conditioner will help.
