A haematoma is a bruise

intra-orbital is a bruise INSIDE the orbit (eye socket)

Not a real good place to get a bruise. Often there is a broken bone associated with a bruise behind the eyeball

Are you sure you don't mean the more common (and less nasty) SUBCONJUNCTIVAL haematoma?

The orbit is the bony cavity containing the eyeball; it is formed of parts of seven bones.

A haematoma is a clot, or collection of blood, like in bruising, so intraorbital haematoma is a blood clot or bruise in the eye socket or related to the eye socket
