i am 25y/o male. I really like this girl that i have known for a few years. Last year we started hanging out alot. I eventually asked her on a date but said she was busy at the time. A few months pass and we started becoming really good friends. I later heard from a close of mine that this girl i liked had a boyfriend. No one knew she had a boyfriend up until we started hanging out. Even though i have never told her that i liked her she knows i do because of our mutual friends yet she still hangs out with me twice a week. when i dont see her for a few weeks she emails me asking where i have been. Alot of my friends have been telling me to just make a move. I respect the fact that she is in a relationship so i am affraid to make a move and ruin our friendship. Before we started hanging out, about 5-6 years ago our mutal friends wanted to hook us up, but i was always shy. All our friends would always tell me that she had a thing for me. What do you think i should do?

another factor to this is her best friend who i have known just as long. Lets call her Jane. She is cousins with my best friend. Anywho..her friend tends to add fuel to fire. Jane tells me how the girl i like gives good massages but not to tell her or ask her about them. Jane also tells me that her friend loves it when guys speak spanish to her. I am fluent in spanish. jane also says that the her friend (the one i like) didnt want jane and i "talking" to each other via email or phone. But now shes cool with it. I asked Jane once if her friend was involved with anyone and she just kept avoiding the question.

About 5 months back i met her boyfriend. We greeted each other like gentlemen. Later on that night we talked a little about ourselfs. He said to me something like " i finally get to meet" I was a little shocked then he said "when i call my g/f she usally says that shes with you" and " she is always talking about you" i didnt know what to say so i just tried to be a diplomat by not causing anymore tension then their was. At the end of the night we shock hands and that was it.

Just be her friend until she makes it known she wants more. You don't want to get involved in a three way relationship. She has a b/f for a reason. If it's meant to be it will happen.
