Hi...
I'm 13 and I really like this girl (who's the same age), and my parents know her parents really well. I think that she likes me back, but the only problem is that i don't see her very often. I only see her when my parents invite her and her family round, because she lives quite far away from me - about 2 hrs away. Also, she might move somewhere abroad in 1 or 3 yrs. Mine and her family are, I think, going on like a trip to somewhere in Europe this summer, but how could I know that she likes me or not? Is it right for me to tell her that I like her even though she might not like me? And, could our relationship still go on and work out even if she moves abroad in the future?

Hey there. I think that you should tell her for sure. You will never know how she feels unless you are a mind reader which I am guessing you are not since you are asking for advice:) If she likes you too , for sure your relationship can go on even if she moves. Many couples have gone through long distance relationships and that made them stronger. I have 2 friends that have had long distance relationships that have lasted and they are now married with a baby girl:) The worst that could happen is that she doesn't feel the same way but if you don't tell her this could be something you regret in your life. Best to tell her how you feel and take it from there. Good Luck:)

well, just tell her how you feel. It's simple. Besides your only 13, you most likely only have a crush. Younge love never lasts. When she moves, your probably going to spend most your time thinking about her, that's unhealthy for you so i guess jus move on.
