My thighs randomly became sore and it's put me in a lot of pain. The only thing I did all the day they became sore was stand up for an hour playing Guitar Hero. Could someone give ideas as to why I'm in pain and an easy and fast way to ease the pain?

I went through that a lot when I was pregnant,..the Dr. told me to just eat TUMS...it's a sign of calcium deficiency.

You may have just twisted the wrong way in your sleep or something, or pulled it while exercising. The best way to try and ease off the pain is to take some Motrin, use a heating pad to relax the muscles, then take a bath to get your legs completely relaxed.

Sorry but the pain will stay for a few days.

Is that a song or a game? If it involved a lot of standing, squatting or just up and down movement of the body that could have done it. A hot bath or time in a hot tub will help. If it is exercise, then it should clear up in a day or two.

its because the blood rushes through your vains faster when you stand for along time and if your not used to stainding for a long time it makes your lets sore. my fix for it, keep standing.... its good for your legs.

Eat calcium rich food. like milk.

Maybe you are having muscle strain from something

tums i suggest the original peppermints the fruits i thought were nasty
