Wash your hair with shampoo without the conditioner. That'll frizz the h*ll out of your hair. Blow dry your hair with your head down. Start from the back of the head to the front. After you're done blow drying, spray some hairspray into your hair. Flip your head back up and slowly brush some of the hairspray out so your hair isn't stiff. Then, rat the s*it out of your hair with a small tooth comb. That should work.

Hello mouse your hair wet blow dry curl with curling iron hair spray, brush, after all of that you get a long comb and grab very small strips of hair, hold strait up start with comb by the scalp and pull hair down and work your way up to the top, that will make it incredibly fluffy

Take a shower then after your out get a lot of mousse and put it in your hair (all over) and then bend down looking at your feet and while your doing that blow dry your hair and while you are blow drying crunch your hair to make it wavey and dry your roots first! Good Luck!

I don't think you want frizz.. girls with frizz would do anything to get rid of it.
You want volume.
Use a voluminizing mousse... and try thickening shampoos. Ojon makes thickening products, you can see on sephora.com. Also Pantene has this new Texturize lineup that's supposed to make your hair more messy/chunky/etc.
Try washing your hair before bed and braiding it.

Flip all your hair forward and brush from the back of the head forward - this will make it appear fuller - you could also braid it a night and brush as described above - the braiding makes it wavy.

Your hair is oily use a shampoo for oily hair and then one which adds volume to it {Pantene extra volume kind} rinse hair with cold or just warm water. bend your head down and blowdry with cold air. It should help temporarily.
