It's indeed possible. My first bet was to say he's allergic to citric acid until I read the list of things you've given him. I'd recommend taking him first to the family doctor and then possibly to an allergy specialist. He/she will be able to hopefully determine exactly what he is allergic to which is contained in all of those fruits so that he can avoid it in the future.

Any person at any age can have an allergy. Sometimes it's harder to point out the exact thing causing it.
If it's from a can or jar, then it could be the sodium or additive that is the real problem. If it's fresh, it could just be the item itself. I would suggest talking to the babies doctor and discontinue all the foods that cause a reaction.
Vitamens and special drinks can make up for what nutrion is lost. Remember, some allegies get worst over time....starting with a skin rash to a full seizure. But in that same aspect some go away. It's best not to risk it while he/she is so young. Just in case, keep Benedryl in the house.

Your child may have a sulfur allergy. All fruits and Vegetables in a conventional grocery store have sprayed or where spayed that the factory with the food preservative which is most common, sulfur.
One way to test this is to go to a Co Op and buy 100% organic fruits and veggies. I have a sulfur allergy, which in under control by buying organic.
All prepacked food has a form of sulfur in it. Stay away from prepackaged foods and processed meats.

he can and some kids are...
have you tried doing a test? allergy test at the doctors?
You can also try not giving him any fruit for a while to get it out of his system. Then introduce one of the fruits... allergic reaction? stop, wait two weeks to get it out of his system, then try another, and so on.
What about oranges and apples? is he OK with those?

Yes he certainly can be allergic to fruits. Wait until he is over a year to give him fruit again, lest he keep the allergy. alot of times kids outgrow it if you wait.
