I need some way to relax and not stress so much. I am NOT looking to spend much money. I just need to relax some. I have very high blood presser. My doctor told me I need to bring it down fast. And I just what to know if there is anything I can do. Any help would be perfect.

Physically, you can reduce your weight, cut down on salt, to help lower B.P.

Re: Mentally, regular exercise is known to help.

Very good help is to get your mind off yourself. One of the greatest boosts you will ever get is by doing something for someone else. Try visiting an abandoned elderly person in the nursing home. You will come home feeling like the Queen.

Chewing (chewing) gum is very relaxing.They even hand them out at exams to calm down the kids. A stress ball i hear works very well.
