I've been hanging out with this guy here lately and we flirt with each other a lot but its like we're both to scared to make a move but then it's like I don't know if he really is into me or if he's just a big flirt or something so how really do you know

I went thru the same thing. Except I talked to him every night on the phone cuz it's long distance. If u have a close friend that knows him, have them ask when your not around. That way if u get hurt, the guy won't know. If the guy says yes. Make ur move the next day.

There are many ways to tell if he is into you........a big one is if he acts like he does when yall are alone and he acts that same way when he is around his friends he is most likley interested
