In the old day, there were considered to be 5 kingdoms, the Plantae (plants), Animalia, Fungi, Protista and Monera. Now, however most taxonomists use a "three domain" system. They include Bacteia, Archaea, and Eukaryota. Eukarytoa would include all the members of the old Plantae, Animalia and Fungi.
