if you can't figure out how you'ved gained this extra weight, SEE YOUR DOCTOR NOW! Nothing can replace your health. Trust me, I am overweight and just found out I have diabetes...I am going to work out, PLUS portion control. Make sure your plan includes working out and drinking plenty of water!

To determine how may points you can consume you need to factor in Height, age, sex, weight and activity level. I can tell you how many points you can have on the aussie scale, but it might be a little different.

Regardless of what country you are in I highly recommend you join weightwatchers and talk to your leader. They can help explain the new core plan as well as the points system and get you on track.

Good luck

I did w/w myself and lost 34lbs two years later and put it back on. after trying to lose it again i was finding it hard. i discovered it was my hrt. that was stopping me from losing weight. since i stopped taking it i have started to lose my weight again.( i'll just have to suffer the hot flushes) check any medications you might be taking for undesired side effects. just remember 60 calories =1 point.

I think your best bet is to go to www.weightwatchers.com and get the info there.
