Love yourself the way you are. Screw everyone else if they put you down. I've had to learn this also. As for your question, there is no stretching that can help. Height is mostly determined by genetics... family history. Diet does play a role though especially during the puberty years (11 to 18). Make sure you have a well balanced diet strong in protien and calcium. Eat veggies even if you dont like them. Take a vitamine also. Some behavioral medications can stunt growth also... this is controversial though. Personally, I believe it does in some people. I'm a child counselor.
As for diet, if diet didnt matter, why do severely neglected children usually are smaller and grow slower than well kept children? Of course it matters! Genetics are the most important aspect though and you have no control over that sorry to say.
Bottom line... believe in yourself. Because if you dont, no one else will. Success starts with what you think about yourself.

I'm not sure that that is even possible. What you can do, is wear heels and elongating pants and skirts which make your torso appear longer. Did you know that Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas is only 5'2-5'3? But you would never know by looking at her cause she's always in high heels and in elongating outfits. However, you could also try pilates, because it creates long, lean muscles, and the leaner you are the longer you will look.

You may want to work on your posture. You could easily gain an inch or two if you are currently walking around all hunched over. To do this, you will want to work you abs and lower back muscles. It also helps to suck in your stomach while walking - it makes you stand up straighter.

None. There is nothing that will make you taller. No supplements, vitamins, herbs, minerals, drugs, hormones, devices, stretches, exercises, sports.......nothing.
You can always get lifts for your shoes. But then you will look really pathetic when you take your shoes off and you are 2" shorter.

you can't....growing has to do with your bones...not your muscles. And there's no stretches you can do that will make you grow taller...it has to do with genetics and possible hormones. So unless if your doctor will prescribe you hormomes...then u r SOL kid.

Stretches of your imagination might work best!
Seriously though, I expect that any increase in height you might bring about through stretching, if that would work at all, would be highly transient. (They would disappear promptly.)

Ha, my friend someone lied to you. Streching is something that effects your muscles, tendons, and joints. Does have a lengthening affect on your bones.
Try human growth hormones I hear they work wonders.
