we gentlemen are observant to things such the above mentioned. But he should be more self restrained as to not be blatant or rude. To notice the woman your interested in such ways can be quite a complement. (even if it is unwanted from her) Notice if its only you he looks at this way? if yes then educate him there is a better way & time for such mannerisms. If he looks at every female this way then he is immature & lacks self controll. A longer educational process for him...but maybe he is worth it, only you can decide this

Yes. It give males something to day dream about we think about all of the different things that could be under neath the clothes and what it would fell like taste like smell like. We wonder if she notices we are looking and is they are thinking the same thing that we are.
