Are you talking about for an actual Army Band member? You should be able to order them through Military Clothing and Sales

If you just want to rent some, call up a theatrical costume supply. Most large cities have at least one. If yours doesn't, call the biggest, closest theatre to you and ask them where they rent their costumes.
