How to produce a questionnaires?

What is the easiest way to produce a questionnaire? e.g. microsoft word, excel etc. And how do you do it? Thankyou

I would suggest Microsoft Word, but it depends on what type of questionnaire you are making and what information it will contain. Following is a link to Microsoft's Questionnaire Templates. Download one that will work for you and modify it to your needs.

I would do it in excel.......
start writing your first question in box b2. Expand your boxes as necessary. then you can highlight all your questionnaire when you have finished and put borders around it to separate the questions. you can the print just the highlighted area
